German recipes can sometimes seem a bit strange, officially called Biersuppe mit Milch, is a bit unusual but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it out. It serves around 4 people. It is best served with crutons (chopped fried bread)

  • Serve with garnish of croutons (chopped fried bread)
