Lobster Thermidor
Of all the red lobster recipes, lobster thermidor is one of the easiest to make, and it tastes delicious.
| Ingredients: | 2 Red lobsters (cooked) (500g/1lb) |
| 300ml (half pint) of fresh Béchamel Sauce | |
| 3 tablespoons of double cream (fresh) | |
| 1 level teaspoon of dry mustard | |
| 6 tablespoons of finely grated cheese | |
| Salt and pepper |
- Half the red lobsters length wise and discard the stomachs
- Remove meat and cut into cubes
- Combine the sauce with cream and mustard
- Heat though gently and season to taste
- Cover the base of the lobster shells with a little sauce
- Arrange th elobster meat on top
- Coat with remaining sauce
- Sprinkle with cheese
