Pork with Cheese and Beer
| Ingredients: | 4 pork chops |
| 25g/1oz of melted butter | |
| 175g/6oz of crumbled Lancashire cheese | |
| 2 level teaspoons of mustard | |
| 4 tablespoons of Brown ale (Dark Beer) | |
| 4 grilled tomato halves for garnish |
- Stand the chops in grill pan and brush with melted butter
- Grill (broil) for 7 to 10 minutes depending on thickness.
- Turn over and brush with more butter
- Grill (broil) for a further 7-10 minutes.
- Combine cheese mustard and beer
- spread equal amount over the chops
- GRill (or Broil if you’re American) until brown
- Transfer to serving dish and garnish with grilled tomato halves.
