Stir Fry Pork
Stir fry recipes are my favorite as they’re fast and easy yet taste really good. You can serve this with fried rice, or with egg noodles (as described here)
Ingredients:
400g/7oz of sliced prok tenderloin
5/6 chopped mushrooms
One green chopped pepper
1 large carrot, sliced into thin sticks
one large onion chopped
2 portions of dried egg noodles
1 teaspoon of Chinese mixed spices
Soy sauce
Olive oil
- Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips and marinate in some sauce
- Stir fry the pork strips and onion in olive oil (2-3 tablespoons), make sure the heat is very high.
- After a few minutes add the chopped pepper, mushrooms, carrot sticks. Add some soy sauce and mixed spices
- Continue to cook for another few minutes then remove to plate.
- Boil the dried egg noodles for a few minutes then drain.
- Heat up 5 tablespoons of olive oil in the Wok.
- Fry the egg noddles to the wok, stir in some soy sauce. This bit should only take a minute or so.
- Add in the pork mixture and mix well
